Do you offer delivery & pickup service?
Yes! All our products can be delivered in Phuket & Koh Samui only. Shipping costs are fixed based on the product category and are displayed transparently at checkout.
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
How is the equipment delivered?
All our products are personally delivered in Phuket and Koh Samui. Set-up is available upon request.
For other locations, please contact us to check availability. Also, please keep the original packaging for a smooth pickup at the end of your rental period.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on location and availability. If available, same-day delivery is possible until 8:00 PM.
Can I extend or cancel my rental?
Absolutely! You can extend your rental if items are available. Cancellations are possible, but only before the items are on their way.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a credit card deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 business days after pickup. Following the return checklist helps speed up the refund process.
What if the item is lost or damaged?
You’re responsible for lost or damaged items. In case of damage, repair costs may be deducted from your deposit. If an item is lost or beyond repair, the full replacement cost will be charged. Please handle the equipment with care to avoid additional fees.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is required upfront by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. An invoice will be provided.
What if I need to move?
We can help you move within Phuket and Koh Samui. Contact us 2-3 days in advance. Extra charges apply based on your new location. Other locations are available upon request.
